I completed a 6-day Kaeng Raeng detox in early January to fight off the ten pounds I put on during the winter holidays. I’m no stranger to detoxes as I’ve done a few before, including master cleanse and juice fasts, but I really enjoyed Kaeng Raeng for a few key reasons.  It was filling and had protein and vitamins, so I wasn’t hungry like I was on fasts.  I’m a busy man, so having all of the materials pre-made for me was a huge time savings.
